Vision Statement: By providing venues, facilities, publicity, and other support for local creative enterprises, Sarasota County will leverage its artistic and aesthetic resources, transforming them into a commercially successful Creative Services Cluster that is a driver of the regional economy.
Creative commerce is nothing new to Sarasota County. Companies that provide architectural and, interior design, advertising, fine art and graphic design flourish here. However, our Creative Services cluster is about more than the arts. It is about teaching businesses how to use creativity to be more productive, to stretch the envelope of research, development and production.

• Produced a catalog of creative services agencies and professionals in the county to encourage local businesses to use local talent.
• Produced an electronic press kit and web-based directory of film-related services available in Sarasota County to attract film and video production.
