RECEIVABLE FINANCING/FACTORING

Accounts receivable factoring is a method of receiving up front cash by selling a company's accounts receivable from credit worthy customers for a fee. Typically, the accounts receivable are then paid directly by the customer to the financing source. Non-payment of a receivable usually results in recourse to the borrower after 90 days. This type of financing may be available using purchase orders in addition to accounts receivable.
